Likewise, they're taking children at hospitals and this is making some mothers reluctant to seek medical care. ACS has removed children from PROTECTIVE MOTHERS at hospitals throughout the city merely bc a mother may disagree with a healthcare provider or if there are cultural misunderstandings or even personality conflicts, and mothers in these scenarios are completely powerless and disenfranchised. CPS agetns get paid bonuses for every child they abduct from a family or parent. This is fact and it is their only motivation. They do not care about children or their welfare. Most children that go into the " system " get abused in foster homes or CPS facilities. Hundreds of children go missing and CPS have no idea where they are or who they are with. Also fact. Don't hire an attorney. An attorney will open communication with CPS and the last thing you want to do is communicate with CPS. If they knock on your door record everything and decline speaking with them. Don't answer any questions, don't sign anything and don't accept any papers or documents from them. If they come back with police don't step outside without locking the door behind you.

The "best interest" doctrine should be abolished completely in favor of automatic 50/50 time with neither parent able to move the children without the other parents consent.
